Q: Will Freedom Medical Solutions file my insurance claim for the item I purchased ?

A: Freedom Medical Solutions will be unable to file a claim for any item you purchased on our web site. There are many reasons for this, most of them legal issues. Be wary of ANY internet sales company that tells you they will file your claim, that Medicare will pay for your item, or that ANY insurance company will cover what you bought. They can't do it, and their promises to do so boarder on the fraudulent. Many items purchased in our stores ARE covered by Medicare and Insurance companies. Please stop by one of our stores and our Associates would be happy to discuss insurance coverage for your equipment needs. Please do not ask our store representatives to help you file a claim for an item you purchased via our web site. They are not allowed to do this.
